NOTES:

1. TV Coverage fees must be paid in full regardless of whether the show is aired or not. The matter of payment of TV coverage must be settled before the staff of the pedormance to be televised.

2. The TV Coverage fees are applicable only for the first television broadcast. Additional broadcasts shall entitle the musician to 5% of the total performance contract price. This is applicable under the newly implemented Intellectual Property Rights Law signed effective January 1, 1998.

3. AMP members must be accorded title following through out the duration of the engagement:
   • A formal service contract indicating the time, place, contract pace, tv coverage if any, cancellation & rescheduling clauses, and travel insurance if outside Metm Manila;

   • Down payment of at least 50% of contract price upon contract signing;

   • Food, snacks and beverages per work session;

   • Security clearances and access to the rehearsal and performance work areas:

   We would like to professionalize the status of the Filipino instrumentalist because in doing so, everybody will have an easier time doing business with one another. Therefore, we would like you to course your reasonable complaints regarding the professional behaviour of our members (tardiness, unruly behaviour, absenteeism, etc.) to the AMP, provided, that the musician involved is a bona fide member in good standing of AMP.

   We cannot be responsible for non-AMP members that are contracted for musical services. In this regard, please request for the offidal AMP Membership Card and the monthly Certificate of Good Standing kom each musician BEFORE ANY CONTRACT IS DRAWN.
