AMP and OPM Ink Agreement with Immigration Offic
The immigration chief has long expressed his concern and desire to help musicians. The three agreed that this is a major achievement for AMP and OPM in the light of the unabated influx of foreign musicians and singers in the country which displaces our local musicians.
A Memorandum of Agreement was signed between Mr. John Lesaca (for the AMP), Ms. Mitch Valdes (for the OPM) and BIR Commissioner Rufus Rodriguez last June 1, 1999.
