Meet Keith Guingon!
 
Studied the bassoon in 1991 under Severino Ramirez, In 1998, Keith won 2nd prize, Woodwind Category C at the NAMCYA. He joined the PYO in 1993-95, then the MYSO in 1995, and later with the "The Woodwind Five", of which he is a co-founder. He earned a diploma in Creative and Performing Musical Arts at the University of the Phils.

Manila Youth Symphony Orchestra

The Philippines is a nation that is proud of the inherent musicality of its people. Internationally, this attribute has won recognition. The strong belief in the Filipino as an outstanding musician spurred two people to share their gift of music to train, guide, and encourage hundreds of young people to play musical instruments for symphony orchestras.
