For producers, event organizers and venue owners or managers who are employing foreign musicians, back-up singers and disc jockeys (DJ) who need to apply for a Letter of Endorsement from the Asosasyon ng Musikong Pilipino as part of the requirements to apply for a Special Working Permit from the Bureau of Immigration, Republic of the Philippines, please be advised that the APPLICATION FORM FOR LETTER OF ENDORSEMENT (AMP form 130A) is now available for downloading.
