BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Asosasyon ng Musikong Pilipino Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors' meeting held last December 14, 1998 at the AMP office, at which meeting a quorum was present, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted and approved, and not subsequently rescinded or revoked, to wit:

RESOLVED, as it is hearby resolved, that the following persons have been elected as the new Board of Trustees and officers of the Foundation for 1999:
