In view of the unfortunate accidents, hospitalization and some deaths, the families of many musicians suffered. In most cases, these families have had to ask for voluntary contributions from good Samaritans. AMP hopes to improve this situation by implementing a group life insurance coverage program, group pension/retirement program. Your insurance policy will be processed only after payment has been made.

Although these welfare programs are OPTIONAL, we strongly urge the musician to enroll in at least one program, for his/her families security & everybody's peace of mind.

• Life Insurance Coverage of P50,000.00 (PHILAMLIFE Insurance Company)

  Age requirement for this application must not exceed 65 years old. In case of natural death, a person may get P50,000.00. For accidental death, P100,000.00. Based on the member's capacity pay, the individual may opt to upgrade his/her coverage.

• Pension and Retirement Program

  10 years to pay with a waiting period of ten years for money to mature, for a total of 20 years. The member gets a lump sum of P50,000.00 after 20 years, plus P17,250.00 upon disability or natural death. Accidental death will give 34,500.00 instead of P17,250.00.

  After 20 years and member decides to get the money at age 65, a bigger amount based on company computations will be given to the member.

Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)

When a member reaches 59 years old, monthly payments are adjusted to higher rate due to higher risk. Philamcare have 115 affiliated hospitals in the country:
